Whether you prefer Single Origins that embody a specific terroir, an Espresso offering that is certain to yield a perfect extraction, or a Decaf that sacrifices nothing when it comes to flavor, we have a subscription option that will fit the bill. All of our coffees are roasted in-house weekly, with roast profiles designed to express the nuanced aromatics and sweetness endemic in each bean. The Subscription Process

Ready to sign up for a specialty coffee subscription? Whether you're in Vermont or elsewhere in the US, simply follow three simple steps to begin getting our freshly roasted coffees straight to your doorstep:

• First, let us know if the subscription is for you, or if you’re giving the gift of coffee to someone else. If you're unsure what types of coffee the giftee would like, or want to know more details about our subscriptions coffees, take a look at our frequently asked coffee subscription questions here before signing up.

• Second, click through and select the category of coffee you’re looking for. For our subscriptions, we offer single-origin, espresso, and decaf options. 

• Third, select how many bags you'd like to receive, and how frequently you would like it delivered. We can send anywhere from 1-3 bags to you every week, every other week, or every four weeks. Each shipment will feature a different coffee. If you opt to receive more than one bag per shipment, you will receive multiple bags of the same coffee with each shipment.

Now that you've signed up, simply enter your shipping address and payment information and you’re ready to go. We will roast and ship out your first coffee on the Friday following your order. Do you ship to my state?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states. If you’re in the US, we can share our coffee with you.

What types of coffee will I get?

For your Roaster’s Choice subscription, we select a different coffee from whichever category you choose for each shipment. It could be one of our favorite staples, or something new we just started roasting. If you’re mainly brewing your coffee via a hand pour or automatic drip method, consider grabbing the Single Origin option and exploring what different coffee origins have to offer. Each shipment will give you insight into the diversity of flavors that coffee can express. If you’re an espressionado (not a word, but maybe it should be?), the Roaster’s Choice Espresso subscription will deliver blends and single origins that reliably produce a well-balanced shot.

When exploring our options, keep in mind that hand pour and drip coffee is typically best 3-10 days off roast, while espresso tends to extract best at 10-20 days off roast. Select the quantity and frequency that works best for you with these considerations in mind. If you choose to receive more than one bag with each shipment, you’ll receive multiple bags of that same coffee.

How do I brew your coffees?

The ideal brewing method is, put simply, the one that you enjoy the most. If you enjoy the convenience and volume of automatic drip, great. You can get an awesome cup of coffee from most drip machines. If you prefer the artistry of the hand pour method, go for it. Just keep in mind that each method is designed to produce a different character in the cup, with some accentuating body and others highlighting delicate flavors and aromatics. Do your coffees come pre-ground, or as whole-bean?

All of our coffees come whole bean. For the best flavor, we recommend grinding at home right before you begin your brew. However, if you would like to make a special grinding request, you can do so in the notes section of your order.
