Looking for a partner that shares your values when it comes to quality and excellent service? We are a wholesale-focused roaster, dedicated to working with our cafe, restaurant and retail partners to build stellar coffee programs.

• Receiving coffee that is strictly roast-to-order. We roast Monday-Wednesday and either ship or hand-deliver within 1-2 days of roasting. We roast lightly to express the flavors and aromas unique to the origin, varietal, processing, and terroir of each coffee.

• Extensive barista training, customized to your needs. If you manage your own in-house training, we can work with your coffee lead to develop or refine the program. If you want to rely on us, we host trainings at Brio and can schedule on-site trainings for staff. We train to Barista Guild of America standards for drink preparation.

• Coffee menu & recipe development. Our team has decades of barista, cafe management and event management experience. Let us help you build a menu that communicates your passion for coffee to your customers.

• Custom blends. Need a “house blend” that will reliably perform on drip and espresso throughout the year & give you another way of connecting your brand to your customers? We’ll start with a cupping to nail down a flavor profile and go from there.

• Equipment consultation, sourcing & repair. We are authorized dealers for marquis brands, including La Marzocco, Fetco, Mazzer, Mahlkonig and more. We can help you identify the right equipment for your cafe and make sure that you maximize your investment through regular preventative maintenance.
