This is our second seasonal blend release and we couldn't be happier with the result! By exploring how some of our current favorite single origins pair together, we developed a blend that is fitting for the season as we approach spring in Vermont.
Spring Has Sprung!
Here in Vermont, the arrival of spring is cause for celebration. Bright, juicy, and just a little unexpected, this coffee is a drinkable reflection of the season — like the first warm day that finally makes you take your jacket off, or the first bloom you spot poking through the dirt.
In the Cup
Sumatra Lintong and Burundi Bavyeyi come together in a pairing that’s both evocative of each coffee on its own and entirely unique in combination. You’ll get a burst of berry juice — like biting into sun-warmed blueberries — followed by a refreshing grapefruit spritz that adds brightness and sparkle. A soft note of orange blossom brings delicate florality, while just enough earthiness keeps things grounded. That deeper tone leans toward sarsaparilla — sweet, spiced, and quietly complex — rounding out the cup in a way that’s both cozy and refreshing.
Unlike anything else in our current blend lineup, this one’s made to mark a shift in the season. It’s delightful when brewed hot, but makes a particularly excellent iced coffee. Pour yourself a glass, sit in a patch of sunshine, and enjoy the slow unfolding of spring.
