The original Encore design is a great entry-level grinder for a range of brewing techniques. This design has received some exciting updates with home espresso grinding in mind. The ESP's 40mm cone burr is easily removable with no additional tools, making cleaning and maintenance very easy. The classic Encore's 40 steps of macro adjustment have been adapted to 20 steps of macro-adjustment and 20 steps of micro-adjustment, allowing for a finer range of espresso grinding.
