You asked, we listened! Our production team worked hard to develop a delicious rotating half-caff blend, pairing two coffees that we love and that go perfectly together - changing the origins as the seasons change.
Current Blend & Processing
The current blend is a 50/50 blend comprised of our Guatemala La Voz and Decaf Guatemala from the Huehuetenango region and decaffeinated using the Mountain Water method.
In the Cup
In your cup, you'll find lots of sweetness, with a rich body, nutty character, rounded out by sweet citric acidity. This new blend is so good, you will hardly notice that there's decaf inside! And with half the caffeine, you can drink twice as much:)
