What makes this coffee truly special, and why we continue to bring it back year after year, is the clarity and complexity of flavors it presents.  This is a rare quality in naturally processed coffees, which typically present big (sometimes funky) berry aromas and a muddled mix of hard-to-discern flavors. Ardi exhibits distinct notes of berry, subtle mango, black tea and caramel. It has a creamy mouthfeel.
