Tasting Notes: Honey, apricot, jasmine.
8 oz.

In the Cup
Delicate and aromatic, this washed Gesha has notes of juicy apricot with honey-like sweetness and jasmine florals. It’s an elegant cup, true to the Gesha variety, with a tea-like body. We love it as a pour-over, particularly with a V60, but also great with a Kalita for a slightly rounder body.
Origin & Producer
This coffee comes to us from Inmaculada Farms, which sits high in the mountains of Pichindé, just outside Cali, located within Cthe state of Vale del Cauca, Colombia. Founded by the Holguín family in 2010, the farm consists of 60 hectares of which 36 are planted with coffee varieties and the rest are untouched forest and facilities nestled in the foothills of the Farallones National Park. It specializes in distinctive varieties like Gesha, Sudan Rume, Laurina, and Eugenoides, grown at 1,750–2,000 meters.
From careful cultivation through sorting and processing, the team takes a meticulous approach to showcasing each variety. This washed Gesha is a particularly delicate expression - soft florals, delicate fruit and sweet.
