New crop Ethiopia Ardi is back and tasting as delicious as ever. This naturally processed coffee comes to us from our long-time importing partners at Keffa Coffee, who work closely with farms in the Sidama region to ensure quality processing of their coffees. This year, the smallholder farmers saw a particularly bountiful harvest due to the ample rainfall during the growing season.
What makes this coffee truly special, and why we continue to bring it back year after year, is the clarity and complexity in its flavor profile as a naturally processed coffee. This cup is a fruit bomb: with notes of strawberry, peach, and black tea. Its full body and creamy mouthfeel are reminiscent of strawberry shortcake (yum!).
